Product delivery

Once you have purchased our product, you may contact us for the file. All of our downloadable products will deliver through manual download. Or can be downloaded with membership or as a single product. Products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. We use Paypal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and all major credit cards to process our payments. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our membership plans.

Your membership information will be emailed to the email address you entered during sign-up on our website. Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases where your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hr up to 48hrs depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

Product Compatibility/Updates

Our readymade WordPress website, components, and modules are developed to work on self-hosted WordPress sites, which can be downloaded from wordpress.com. All ready-to-use websites are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we cannot guarantee that older templates will run with future versions of CMS. ExertPro’s readymade website supports the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Edge.

Customizations

Yes, you can customize and modify the visual content of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check the documentation.

Once you have purchased our product, you may contact us for support via our support email or live chat and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Support requests made by email, live chat, Facebook message, or any other method in most cases will be redirected back to us.
